rETURNS & EXCHANGES

No refunds or exchanges permitted as each order is printed specifically for you. Due to the nature of the product, returns and exchanges cannot be accommodated. The artwork can easily be damaged (dents, scratches, rips) during the return process making it impossible to resell and so, because the art has Quranic ayats I'm unable to dispose the damaged prints.

Please review the details carefully to make sure you are happy with the product you're purchasing. The actual colour of the print may vary due to screen resolution, settings and lighting. I try my best to provide detail shots of the prints but I cannot guarantee the colour as there could be slight variations during printing. Also, the prints have been digitally placed into interior photos (as noted under each product) to show you how the print would look on a wall so, do not rely on those images for exact sizes. Tip: Use tape to mark the measurements on your wall so you know exactly how the art will fit.

NOTE: If you were expecting an original painting when you purchased a print, please be advised that there will be no refunds. It is the customers responsibility to review all details before making a purchase decision.

DAMAGE

Damage caused in transit or missing parcels isn't a common occurrence but if this were to occur, the customer will be assisted to the best of our ability by providing a replacement or refunding the order in special situations. Artwork is packaged using the best quality shipping supplies.

Please open the package carefully as prints can be easily damaged if you aren't gentle.

customs

Unfortunately, customs fees and duties may be imposed on your order by borders services in your country. This is rare but can occur. Delays can also be caused as they hold your package for inspection. Please note that a refund cannot be provided by Saleha Art as all international packages entering a country may be subject to customs clearance. Customer is responsible for all fees, taxes and duties. Shipping fee paid at checkout does not cover such fees.
